 IV. If you are a natural person who purchases one of the digital products made available through the platforms we use, regardless of its category and you enter into a contract with our company we will process your data consisting of your first name, last name and email address, IP and cookies. We will not collect and process the data of the bank card used. V. If you are a natural person or a representative of a legal entity who is an instructor and signs a contract with our Company, we collect the following data: name, surname and e-mail address, IP, biometric data consisting of facial images and voice, bank data (IBAN) and cookies.

2. Purpose of data processing

We use the information we collect from you in order to be able to communicate requested information, provide contracted services and conclude contracts necessary for recurring business and access to the company’s digital products. 

We will process your data differently depending on which category you fall into: a. you are a simple visitor to the site, b. you are just using the contact form or sending an email to one of the contact addresses, c. you are concluding a contract for the purchase of digital products, d. you are an instructor.

There are situations where we have a legal obligation to disclose your data then it will be passed on strictly for the purpose of fulfilling this obligation. Where the transfer may be necessary for the performance of a commercial/contractual relationship, the data will only be transferred following the conclusion of an agreement with the third party containing a data processing agreement.

5. Retention period of your personal data

To the extent that you are a customer who has entered into a contract to market digital products on the company’s platform (Instructor), we will retain your data for a period of time equal to the period of existence of your user account or until the moment you leave or delete the account on the platforms. The IP will be stored for a period equal to the period of existence of the user account. Certain data such as: name, surname, e-mail, other contact data that represent data inserted in accounting documents will be kept for a period of 10 years, based on the accounting law. 

To the extent that you are a data subject who has requested communication by email of the Company newsletter we process your data for a period equal to the period of your consent. You will be able to withdraw your consent by accessing the unsubscribe button in the email application used or by communicating an email to our company. 

6. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data:

If you have given your consent to processing activities, you may withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal will only take effect for the future and will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.
